All hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Prep line coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Upright coolers were at or below 4 deg C.
Freezers were at -18 deg C.
Display cooler was at 3-4 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
High temperature dishwasher reached 73.7 deg C at plate surface.
Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm.
Ice machine was clean (cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis).
No signs of pests noted. Pest control monitoring in place.

**Note: Back area was very tight. Storage was at capacity. Ensure to keep everything off the floor and constantly organize.
