Routine Inspection
- Hand wash stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree.The walk in cooler fan grill require cleaning. According to the manager on duty a work order is in place.
- All freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius
- hot holding temperatures above 60 degree Celsius
- Quats sanitizer available. 300 ppm. Ideal level is 200 ppm
- 3 compartment sink set up with quats sanitizer. Note: Replace the caulking between the wall and 3 compartment sink
- temperature logs in place
- time monitoring in place for all foods kept at room temperature
