2. Store personal items on the bottom shelf or away from food preparation and/or storage areas.
3. Keep all food and food equipment at least 6" / 15 cm off the floor.

- Dishwasher had a final rinse of 77C at plate and 180 F at gauge
- No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
- General sanitation is satisfactory
