Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Foods in hot table measured 42 degrees Celsius on the top and 60 degrees Celsius or hotter on the bottom.
Corrective Action(s): Discovered that the heating lamps had been turned down. Once they were turned up all foods were 60 degrees Celsius or hotter throughout in the warming table. Note: cold foods were reheated to 74 degrees Celsius. Ensure that all hot foods are maintained at 60 degress Celsius or hotter. Do not turn down the heating lamps.

Sliding door for upright cooler is very hard to open and close. Please address before it falls off.
