Hand wash station supplied with hot and cold running water, signage, liquid soap and paper towel in dispenser. One hand wash station available at entrance of facility. Temperature monitoring station at entrance, sign in sheet, secured access. Hand wash stations in staff washrooms are also fully supplied for hand hygiene. Change areas are clean and sanitary. Staff washrooms are clean and sanitary. Staff lunch area separate from food storage area. Staff wear appropriate PPE and have food safety training. No hair nets required as all food is contained within packaging. Temperature logs are monitored digitally and written on log sheets daily. Facility has main large freezer room <-18C. Refrigeration room <4C (2.3C). Calibration for thermometers are completed on regular basis. Ambient storage room for dried goods. Single use food container storage in sealed or plastic wrapped packaging. Chemicals for distribution are stored safely on pallets and away from food storage. Rejected food and chemicals stored separately and appropriately labeled. Orkin Pest Control Contractor completes routine pest inspections. No live caught within recent months. All entrances sealed and secured. Exits to outside have traps on both sides of wall and are labeled. Additional traps located along walls of rolling doors. Spilled sugar areas have no signs of pests. Light traps for flies located at entrances of ambient and dry storage. No signs of flying pests. There is no food processing on site. Requested recall protocols to be sent by email. No issues or violations at this time.
