Observation: Raw sliced meat in containers stored directly above raw vegetables and sprouts. Raw meat juices can drip onto other foods causing cross contamination.
Corrective Action(s): Adjust cooler storage practices and re-allign shelves in a way that all raw meats (beef, chicken, pork and seafood) are stored below any ready to eat foods.
This will be reviewed at next scheduled inspection.

Drain grate below sinks full of water. Double sink leaks and interceptor bucket overflowing. General area ok.
**Make sure the bucket is never more than half full and sink not dripping directly on floor. Otherwise, you will be required to fix leak. Monitor.

Cooling units less than 4 C.
Freezers less than -18 C.
Make sure all handwash stations checked every day for liquid soap and paper towels to ensure good handwashing is practiced.
