-Old mouse droppings found behind the freezers. No other evidence of pests, traps in place.
-A charcoal barbecue was located outside the back door in the covered area. An enclosed area, ventilation hood and hand washing sink, along with new floor plans would be required if this was to be approved. Ensure that this is removed.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Bleach available onsite.
Meat grinder and meat cutter were clean.
Records on site for the meat that was purchased.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
