Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted:
Walk-in meat cooler at 4C.
Meat slicer was clean.
Freezer unit at -18C.
No cooking of food products.
No hot holding of food products.
hand washing stations satisfactory.
3-compartment sink satisfactory.
2 raw poultry samples were collected as a part of routine sampling.
Facility undergone a name change only. Legal entity owner remains the same. Health approval form was completed at the time of inspection.
