Observation: Floors in pizza prep area, mixer bowl area, and dish washing area are unclean; there is an accumulation of food debris in these areas, and in the dish washing area there is pooled water. These conditions could attract pest activity.
Corrective Action(s): Please clean and sanitize these areas. Monitor for pest acitivity in these areas. Continue to clean and sanitize on a regular basis as per sanitation plan.

- No foods stored on floor throughout premise
