- No changes to the floor plans , except for the addition of a pop /salad cooler next tot the cash register. All coolers were < 4 Degrees Celsius . All freezers were < -18 Degrees Celsius . Hand sinks supplied with hot/cold water, soap & paper towels. Dishwasher final rinse cycle had 50 ppm chlorine. PEst control company on contract . Bleach spray bottles available. Ensure that only 1 tsp. of bleach per liter is used. General sanitation was satisfactory. A cheque made payable to Fraser Health for $50.00 was received for the permit fee. Health Approval Granted.
