Routine inspection conducted: - Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/under 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C. - Temperature monitoring system in place. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 74.3'C at the plate level after final rinse. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in labelled spray bottles. - Good food storage practice observed throughout. - No evidence of pest activity observed at this time. Sticky traps in place. - Professional pest control company contracted by mall management. General maintenance and sanitation of the facility EXCELLENT!
