Services provided: Non-registered Massage and Esthetics (facials only) ***Do not add services or purchase new equipment without contacting Fraser Health for approval first. Radio Frequency Skin Treatment equipment - contact Fraser Health if you plan to offer this service. - Critical items - lancets are single use and disposed into sharps container. - Semi critical items - see above. - Low level disinfectant available in spray bottle (chlorine at 200ppm). Note, most items are non-critical and only require low level disinfection. - Intermediate level disinfectant available in spray bottle (chlorine at about 1000ppm). - Hand sinks in treatment room, back area double sink, and in washroom have hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels in dispensers. - Disposable latex gloves are available. Note that some clients may have latex allergies so recommend having non-latex gloves as an option to use for these clients. - Second treatment room non inspected today (in use during inspection). - Laundry (towels and linens) are washed on site and dried using hot dry cycle. Inspection carried out with staff. Copy of this report to be emailed to operator.
