Observation: "REPEATED VIOLATION"
No drain plugs were available on site to conduct dishwashing using 3 compartment dishwashing method. As per the operator, the drain plugs were bought yesterday but did not fit in the sink. The second location of this facility has extra drain plugs and will be used on this site.
Corrective Action(s): In order to adequately clean and sanitize the dishes/food contact surfaces using 3 compartment dishwashing method, drain plugs are required. Ensure that drain plugs are present on site at all times.

Comments

Follow-up inspection conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CAE2UK).

Observations made:
- Spray bottle with bleach solution was available on site. The concentration of bleach was noted at 200ppm.
- Food was properly covered and stored inside the coolers.
- Dry storage area was re-organized.
- Dry goods such as flour, lentils were stored in proper pest proof containers.
- Both back door and screen door in back storage area were closed.
- Back storage area was re-organized but will still require more organization.
- Oven trays were cleaned and found in good sanitary condition.
- Floors were clean.
- General sanitation of the facility has improved.

Actions required:
- See violation above.
- Ensure that the back storage area is properly cleaned and organized. All utensils/equipment to be stored in a sanitary manner.
- Routinely clean the floors, hard to reach area and along the walls to prevent build-up of debris.
- Ensure that the facility is kept clean and maintained in sanitary condition.
