-The kitchen has been expanded and the front service area has been moved closer to the front door. Ensure that updated floor plans reflecting these changes are submitted within 2 weeks. They should include the layout, equipment, refrigerators, tables, ice machines, sinks and cooking equipment at a minimum.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot holding was > 60 C.
No evidence of pests.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
