Walk-in cooler @ 3C Prep coolers @ 3C - 4C *thermometer on-site *temperatures checked and recorded 2x / day. Note: Temperature of walk-in cooler was adjusted and latch on door adjusted. Lid of prep coolers are kept closed during non-busy hours. Cutting boards appeared in clean and sanitized condition at time of inspection. *Follow your sanitation plan for washing and sanitizing cutting boards located on the prep line Employee belongings stored away from food equipment and food items *Sign for customers to wash / or sanitize their hands prior to using the self serve pop machine still required to meet the requirements of the Order of the Provincial Health Officer issued on June 19, 2020 to reduce the risk of an outbreak of COVID-19 among the public.
