Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C. Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. - Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. Scoop stored in proper manner. - 200ppm Quats available in a bucket to hold wiping cloths and at dishwashing sink. Automated dispenser at correct concentration. - General food storage practice satisfactory throughout. - Professional pest control company contracted. - Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed. NOTE: Right side of front prep cooler not in use at this time. Cooler to be repaired. OK.
