Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Spray bottle of QUAT sanitizer measure at 0ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Dispenser of QUAT sanitizer checked and measure 200ppm.
Got staff to refresh all the sanitizer spray bottles.
Please ensure spray bottles are refreshed daily.
Please routinely check QUAT sanitizer concentration with test strip.

- Ice machine is well maintained
- No signs of pests, professional pest control company routinely checks facility
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE
- Proper cooling practices observed.

- Ventilation hood observed with grease accumulation.

>>> Please ensure all containers of food are covered when not in active use.
- Container of raw meat on top of container of salad vegetables.
>>> Staff removed the raw meat and placed in another cooler
- Handle of tongs observed touching ice.
>>> Please ensure handles of tongs and scoops are stored in a way where it is not touching food.
