Observation: 1) Mouse droppings observed behind equipment along main back wall of kitchen and behind the two door upright cooler.
2) Many fruit flies found in back storage area.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Do a deep clean of restaurant, removing all mouse droppings, dirt, food debris and grease. Due: 1 week.
Eliminate pests using only traps such as snap traps and glue boards. A licensed pest control company is recommended.
2) Set out fruit fly traps (such as apple cider vinegar with one tiny drop of dish soap) or a licensed pest control company would be helpful.

Observation: Several bait boxes found with mouse green droppings outside of them around kitchen area floors.
Corrective Action(s): Bait must not be used inside of the restaurant because of the danger of it getting into food. Remove bait boxes today.
