-Follow-up inspection to October 19, 2016. -Facility has cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen and front dining area. Majority of affected areas have been cleaned and sanitized - a few remaining droppings were found in the facility. -Provided operator with handout regarding mice and rats in food service establishments. -Operating will be meeting with professional pest control operator regarding continued issues regarding pest issues. When control measures are put into place, ensure staff and management continue to monitor for pest activity (new droppings, rodents in traps, eaten food, etc). Using a high intensity flash light staff can better monitor for pest activity. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
