Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher is unable to sanitize properly.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the nearby sink and fill up with 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizer. After washing utensils, dishes, and equipment in the dishwasher, manually sanitize by soaking in the bleach sanitizer for 30 seconds. Air dry before using.

Observation: 25 ppm chlorine residual detected at dishwasher. Sanitizer jug is running low.
Corrective Action(s): Replace sanitizer jug and run the dishwasher. Use test strips to measure the sanitizer concentration and ensure it is 50-100 ppm. Repair the dishwasher if it still cannot produce 50-100 ppm chlorine with a new sanitizer jug.
