Observation: No hot water available at the hand sinks.
Correction: Repair/replace hot water tank to ensure hand wash stations have adequate hot water.

Observation: Noted staff washing hands at hand sink in front service area but there was not hot water available at the sink.
Correction: Ensure staff wash hands properly.
Comments

- Hot water has returned to the premises. The operator is still to have the hot water tank serviced to ensure there is no repair required. If the hot water tank is in good working order then the hot water tank will need to be replaced with a bigger one to supply hot water to the premises during all operational times. This is to be done within 2 business days. Email a copy of the service report with comments to the undersigned.
- Operator has called the sanitizer dispenser technician who will be on site within 2 hours. The operator proposed to manually mix the sanitizer concentrate with water in the interim. Test strips available to verify the concentration of the sanitizer. Follow manufacturer's instructions. Email a copy of the service report to the undersigned.
