Sink refilled and normal concentration only provided 50ppm. Ensure to check each time sink is refilled as it is manually added to the water. Corrective Action(s): Sink refilled an concentration checked with 2 pumps of sanitizer and found to be at 200ppm. Violation Score: 5 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back handsink does not have soap. Comments

-front hand sink fully equipped -all coolers, freezers and hot holding met temp requirements. Ensure temperature is closely monitored on front station cooler as the ambient air temp was warm and cooler was recently repaired. -Bleach solution for front counter at 100ppm however it is being mixed with soap. Bleach and water only should be mixed.
