Report of Findings
On July 16th, 2020, Licensing received a concern regarding care and supervision.

- Inappropriate guidance and discipline

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews. Licensing determined the following contraventions
- Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) 51(1)(a) Behavioural Guidance
- CCLR 55(1)(a) Notification of illness or injury
- CCLR 57(1)(a) Records for each child

Observation: Licensing determined that inappropriate guidance was used.

- Response required from License by September 30 2020. Additional information required as to how the following will be addressed: - Families are notified of any non reportable incidents involving their children - Cildren's records will be available and current for all children in care - All staff are familiar with the facility guidance and discipline policy - What steps will be taken to make the licensee more knowledgeable in regards to childrens typical behaviour and how to respond appropriately
