Observation:
Bulk bin for flour and sugar did not have lids/covers at the time of inspection. Person in charge informed that the bins do have covers however she is unsure where they are right now.
Corrective Action(s):
Find and place covers on flour and sugar bins. Ensure all food items are covered and protected from contamination. To be corrected today.

Observation:
Cleaning required in the following areas:
- Around and behind large dough mixer.
- Inside of two-door stand-up freezer (beside large dough mixer).
- Side of two-door stand-up freezer (adjacent to large dough mixer).
Corrective Action(s):
Clean all the areas listed above. Ensure to follow your sanitation plan for daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal cleaning. To be corrected by November 15, 2019.

Routine Inspection:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
NOTE: walk-in cooler has now been repaired and functioning properly (temperature = 2.8 degrees Celsius). Potentially hazardous foods can now be stored in walk-in cooler.
- Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle = 100 ppm.
Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 50 ppm chlorine.
All food items stored off the floor.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
Premises well lit.
