Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Sanitizer was not available on site; operator said they ran out and called some one to bring the sanitizer (eg. bleach)

Corrective Action(s): * Ensure all personal items stored away from food/food equipment; ensure ALL food properly covered in storage areas and protected from contamination; next time food will be discarded

Observation: * Back screen door had gap underneath and this is not acceptable and can lead to pest entrance; operator to fix/repair screen door so that gap closed and screen door pest proof
