-The walk-in cooler was operational at 4 deg. C -A faucet was installed and was able to swing to all three sinks so that hot water can be filled up for manual dish-washing. Sinks were filled up at time of inspection to verify hot water. -A covering was installed over the electrical panel. Material was smooth, durable, impervious and easily cleanable. -Door sweep was installed below door at back. -Health application received and health permit fee paid by cheque. -Cheque #008922 for $37.50 Jan-Mar. -Health approval is granted -Permit to operate will arrive by mail. -Ensure permit is posted in visible (to public) location
