Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - B4JQBM: New bottle of PREempt CS20 solution (expiry 5/02/2019) purchased and available for use. Soaking tray dated with 14 day use. Staff has already cleaned and re-disinfected all comedone extractors and semi critical nail implements. Note: this solution does not required dilution with water.
