Comments

-Low water flow from the cold water tap in the staff washroom. This will need to be repaired if this washroom continues to be used. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm. No evidence of pests. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory.
