Comments

- General sanitation satisfactory
- Hot and cold running water supplied to sinks
- Liquid soap and paper towel present at handsink
- Coolers were operating at 4C or colder
- Temperatures are checked twice daily and recorded. Records were up to date.
- Three compartment sink in use for manual warewashing. Plugs/stoppers present for sink compartments to be filled.
- Quats sanitizer solution present from dispenser at 3 compartment sink and in compartment used for sanitizing step. Concentration measured 200ppm. Test strips present to verify.
- In use wiping cloth kept in quats sanitizer solution (200ppm)
- Ice machine appears clean and maintained. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
- Reviewed cleaning and sanitizing requirements for in use utensils (milk pitchers, blender pitchers) > to be cleaned and sanitized at least every 4 hours
