Health permit posted and it has valid decal. Hand wash station equipped with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. Line freezer was at -18 deg C. Display cooler and prep line coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Walk-in freezer was at -19 deg C. Temperature log was available and well maintained. Operator and staff have valid Food Safe 1 certification. Pest control monitoring in place. Washroom was clean and provided with sanitary facilities.' Ice machine was kept clean and maintained on a regular basis. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection. Note: Operator said that store is up for renovations next year.
