Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): > 400 PPM QUAT detected in one of the sanitizer spray bottles.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Staff diluted the sanitizer spray bottle and 400 PPM QUAT was detected after the dilution.

Observation: Cracked/ damaged floor tiles noted by the cookline leading to pooling water at where the drain is situated.
Corrective Action(s): Discuss with landlord to fix damaged floor tiles. All areas in the facility should be smooth, easily cleanable and in good repair to prevent pooling water where it can attract pests.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were holding food at 4.0C or below.
Discuss with staff regarding proper air circulation required for refrigeration units. Do not overfill a cooler unit and leave space within the unit to allow for proper air flow.
All freezer units were holding food at -18.0C or below.
Food in general were stored protected and in the proper storage hierarchy.
Hot hold unit and rice cookers were holding food at above 60.0C.
In-use utensils were stored in ice-water mixture.
Bleach sanitizer container available. 200 PPM chlorine residual detected.
Note: If using QUAT sanitizer at a facility, do not use bleach to avoid the potential for mixing the two leading to adverse chemical reactions.
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing. Sanitize basin was set-up and noted with 200 PPM QUAT.
Interior of the ice machine noted in a sanitary condition.
Overall premises' sanitation level was satisfactory.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Staff onsite at the time of inspection recently renewed her FOODSAFE level 1 certificate - verified.
