Comments

-The front drink cooler was not working at the time of the inspection. Only non-potentially hazardous foods were stored here.
All coolers were < 4 C, including the walk-in cooler in the storage room.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Bleach sanitizer solution was measured at 100 ppm.
The front hand sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Reviewed cooling procedures for foods prepared in advance.
No evidence of pests.
The storage room was well organized.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
