* A new flat top grill has been placed next to the donair rotisseries. All shaved off meats and chicken are cooked on the flat top grill to complete the cooking process.
Ensure to check the temperature of cooked lamb/beef and chicken with a probe thermometer.
* Ensure quats sanitizer is tested using the quats test strips once or twice a week and maintain logs.
* Do not store mops and brooms etc.in the dry food storage area(corrected during the inspection).

Cold holding and hot holding temperature logs are up to date.
Hot holding of lamb, beef and chicken registered >60 degrees C.
Hot holding of rice and soup above 60 degrees C.
All ingredients in the preparation coolers maintained at 4 degrees C or below.
Walk-in cooler below 4 degrees C.
Beverage cooler below 4 degrees C.
Upright freezer at -19 degrees C.
Quats sanitizer at the dispenser tested 200 ppm.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sinks.
General sanitation is very good.
