General sanitation - good; Cooler temperature at 1.4 C; Freezer at - 21.0 C; Liquid soap and paper towel - available; Bleach Sanitizer - available; Storage room is well organized; Fan hood - satisfactory (due for the maintenance); Utensils and kitchen items are stored safely at the time of inspection. Dishwasher - satisfactory (Note: A new equipment /an instant gas heater/ is going to be install next week (to meet hot water demand when it's busy time); Note: Be aware that the ventilation system is going up to the roof and require a professional cleaning (It's a fire safety issue /because grease and dust accumulation over time/).
