Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Reusable clothes used to cover food items inside the walk-in cooler. Reusable clothes are porous and not easily cleanable.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use reusable clothes to cover food items. Use food grade covers that are non-porous, smooth and easily cleanable to cover food items.

Observation: Food debris and grease build-up observed at the following areas:
1. Underneath the prep coolers in the kitchen.
2. Underneath and around the deep fryer.
3. Around the area near the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the aforementioned areas. Follow your sanitation plan for regular cleaning schedule.

Observation: Blind for the back entrance was not sealed properly on the edges.
Corrective Action(s): Reseal the blind to ensure it is able to reduce the risk of pest entry. Correct by: Jun 26, 2019.

Routine inspection:
- Coolers (prep, walk-in, beverage) maintained at 4C or less.
- Freezers (Chest, under the counter) maintained at -18C or less.
- Hot warmer maintained at 69C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in spray bottles.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 79C at the plate level.
- Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition. Scoop stored separately in a clean container
- Food products stored off the ground and organized.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
