General observations:
Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius - except refrigerator across from cash register.
Refrigerator across from cash register was 7-8 degrees Celsius but was only used for canned/bottled drinks. Staff person indicated they are aware that refrigerator is not cold enough and therefore only use it to store drinks.
Freezers were -18 degrees Celsius or less.
Hot holding units were 60 degrees Celsius or more.
Food storage practices appeared satisfactory.
Organization of storage areas was good.
Staff hygiene and food handling practices appeared satisfactory.
Hand sinks were stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
All sinks were equipped with hot and cold running water.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of at least 77.3 degrees Celsius (as per min/max thermometer).
Bleach sanitizer was 200ppm.
Chemicals were stored in a safe manner.
