Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upstairs staff washroom was missing paper towels and a reusable towel was used for hand drying.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure only single-use towels are used for hand drying. Supply existing paper towel dispenser with paper towels.

*Ice machine to be cleaned soon; last cleaned a month ago. Create cleaning schedule/log for ice machine.

- All other hand sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in bucket for storing wiping cloths, in spray bottle, and in sanitizing compartment of dish sink.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 71C at dish surface during sanitizing rinse cycle - good.
- All coolers were measured to be at or below 4C
- All freezers were measured to be at or below -18C
- Accurate thermometers available
- Ensure thermoses for milk/creamer are capable of keeping temperatures at 4C or colder, otherwise change out every 2-4 hours
- Food storage practices good; all food stored off the ground and covered
- Dry storage areas satisfactory; scoops for dry ingredients stored in designated scoop holders
- Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions; General sanitation excellent
- No signs of pest activity noted
