Follow-up to previous routine inspection: Code 308 Corrected: Assistant manager said that the leaky cooler noted in previous report was serviced. During the repair a large water leak occured and premises was closed for 4 hours on June 12, 2019 as per assistant manager. Code 306 Corrected. Improvement in sanitation of areas noted in previous inspection report. Ensure to clean hard to reach areas routinely. *Correction order rescinded. *Note: Cardboard found near deep fryer area was soiled with oil. Must Discard by end of today. Discussed to use alternative materials that are smooth, easy to clean, durable, non-absorbent to protect floor.
