Observation: Fumehood has still not been cleaned. Still heavy amount of debris and grease caked on.
Corrective Action(s): Correction order issued. As discussed, the fumehood must be cleaned, whether it is done by you or someone else. Food served to the public must always be protected from contamination.

Follow up inspection conducted:
Dishwashing area sanitation has improved, there are still some areas behind the dishwasher and along the metal wall panels that need to be wiped down and sanitized.

Correction order is issued. If upon follow up inspection the corrections haven't been made, further enforcement actions will occur.
