**Dishwasher must be used to wash and sanitize blenders and food equipment.
**Blenders must be washed and sanitized at least once every 4 hours when in continuous use.
**Ensure that dishwasher is turned on at the start of each day to allow unit to properly warm up. Minimum Wash and Final Rinse Temperatures must be reached before using unit. Refer to manufacturer's specifications.
