Follow-up inspection

Overall sanitation of the kitchen has improved. Behind the upright fridges and walls have been cleaned. Floor under the 2-comp sink has been cleaned and observed to be free of build-ups.
Paints and unnecessary items have been removed from the dry storage. Dry storage has been cleaned and organized.
Ice Machine has been cleaned and maintained.
Flour are stored off the floor and on wooden pallets. Good! No food is to be stored directly on floors.

Reminder: Ensure to continue clean-ups under the kitchen counters beside the cooking range. De-clutter and organize shelves!
Reminder: Items that are not related to food operation are to be removed from the kitchen.
