Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels
Ensure dispensers are properly wall-mounted at the two front service counter.
Walk-in cooler was at or below 4 deg C. All food items and containers were stored off the floor.
Walk-in freezer was below -18 deg C.
Dishwasher final rinse temp. reached >74 deg C at plate surface.
Sanitizer (quats) in buckets/spray bottle measured 200 ppm.
Line coolers/yogurt display cooler were at 2-3 deg C.
Hot holding (soup, chilli, chicken, potato wedges) was 60 deg C or above.
No pests noted. Pest control in place. Digital temp log was well maintained.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Operator to address some pooling of water on the dishwasher drainboard as well as the floor in front of the dishwasher (broken piece of tile).
