Observation: Observation: Soda drinks were kept on the floor and blocking access to storage shelves.

This inspection done by an EHO student.

Comments:

-General sanitation satisfactory.
-2-Door freezer noted at -18 deg. C
-Walk in cooler noted at 4 deg. C
-Sanitizer adequate at 200 ppm Quats
-Manual warewashing was reviewed with operator. Procedure was satisfactory.
-Large prep cooler noted at 4 deg. C
-Dough cooler noted at 4 deg. C
-Drinks cooler noted at 2.4 deg. C
-Handwashing stations were adequate
-No signs of pests at the time of inspection
-Operator has Food Safe Level 1 certificate
-Permit posted in a prominent location.

Recommendations:

1. Drain plugs and scrubbers were noted in handsink. Ensure handsinks are kept clear.

2. Ensure chemical bottles are not reused. All bottles are to be labeled adequately. Orange detergent was found in sanitizer bottle.

3. Gaps are present under front doors. Recommend operator add a door sweep to prevent the entrance of pests.
