Make sure to change the bleach to water ratio to 1/2 tsp bleach to 500 ml (or similar marking on spray bottle) to achieve 100 to 200 ppm chlorine solution. Spray bottle bleached out test strips. Fixed. Cooling units all less than 4 C Hot holding above 60 C handwash stations ok Dishwasher very hot at 75 C. General sanitation pretty good at time of inspection.
