Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two containers of soup were immersed in lukewarm water. Probed & measured at 48C. The staff noted that the soup was made 45 minutes ago. The soup was re-heated to 72C at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): 1. The hot water shall be covered all the way so that the water does not cool down as fast. DATE TO BE CORRECTED BY: TODAY
