From previous inspection: - Eggs observed in cooler were clean and not cracked - No pooled eggs observed in coolers - Additional shelving has been provided to help ensure not food containers are stored at ground level. Stored foods were covered and on shelving at the time of inspection. (new silver cooler <4C) Thank you for your attention to these items
