Very well run home-based PSE. Hair services area is separate from residence. Hair services only (no shaving, no eyelash/brow tinting). No chemical hair straightening. Barbicide is available for low level disinfection of combs, brushes etc. Barbicide is clean today and changed frequently - good. Clippercide with DIN number is used on clippers after each client - good. High level disinfectant also available for use on scissors (note low level disinfectant is required for scissor but high level is ok). Watch expiry dates when purchasing. Hair wash sink has a connected backflow preventer - good. Hand sink - has hot & cold water - can be used for staff hand washing. Capes are clean. Towels washed with bleach and using hot dry cycle - good. Premises clean. Washroom is also available for clients/hair stylist - hot/cold water, liquid soap, and single use/paper towels in dispensers provided at hand sink. Copy of report to be emailed to owner.
