Observation: Fruit flies are noted at the handover area underneath the counter where floor tile is missing.
Corrective Action(s): Please increase the floor cleaning in this area. Replace the floor tile so it extends to the counter wall and prevent food/liquid particles from collecting here and drawing pests.

Observation: Food debris noted on the front and back of the house floor (main service area, back dry storage area and dishpit), counters and some coolers are also noted with food debris and spillage.
Corrective Action(s): Please conduct a DEEP CLEAN to the store. Remove food debris and thoroughly mop the floors, wash the walls and counters by follow up inspection.
