Observation: Observed droppings throughout the facility in the corner and along the walls; did not find droppings around food prop areas; pest management company visits once a month to check the premises; reviewed last few months report
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to clean and sanitize the areas where droppings were found; then monitor regularly to see if they are coming back

Observation: Observed a gap behind washroom hand sink that was blocked with foam; foam seems to e not able to keep pests out of the premises
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to re-do the gap closing with more sturdier material to ensure that pests are not entering the premises.

Meat handling area in the front:
-Sanitation satisfactory
-hand washing station stocked with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
-bleach sanitizing solution available on site; detected 200ppm of chlorine (scented bleach not being used at the time of inspection)
-meat cooler at 4 C or lower
-small sliding door cooler beside counter at 4 C or lower
-front stand-up cooler for beverage at 4 C or lower
-stand-up freezer at -18 C or lower
-no sign of pests noted at the time of inspection

Kitchen area in the back:
-hand washing done in the washroom; liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water available
-walk-cooler at 4 C or lower
-walk-freezer at -18 C or lower
-bleach sanitizer available for food contact surfaces; detected 200ppm of chlorine
-discussed manual dishwashing steps with employee; employee explained wash, rinse, and sanitizing (2 minutes minimum) in detail and is aware of the steps that must be taken to properly clean and sanitizing kitchen utensils
-all shelves did not have newspaper nor tin foil at the time of inspection; good.
