Routine inspection.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All under the counter coolers found at 4c or below and equipped with thermometers.
Walkin cooler found at 4c.
Walkin Freezer at -19c.
Note: Please remove/clean icicles that are formed on the floor in walkin freezer.
Freezer in kitchen found at -20c.
No hot holding in operation at this time.
Ice dispenser is in good sanitary condition.
Quat sanitizer at 200ppm concentration for food contact surfaces.
Dishwasher reached 100ppm concentration for sanitize cycle.
Employees have good personal hygiene and wearing proper protective wear (ie. uniforms).
Employee onsite has foodsafe certification.
Overall facility is in good sanitary condition.
Ventilation hoods are in good sanitary condition.
Pest control is in place. Pest control services are being conducted by Ecolab. Last inspection date was May 29th, 2018.
No pest issues found during time of inspection or last inspection completed by ecolab.
Washroom facilities are in sanitary condition. Sinks are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
